Temperature matters in The Sims 4 Seasons. All four seasons have their own weather, so Sims will want to bundle up or chill out. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter just as you'd expect, and those things will effect Sims to a large degree. With seasons, naturally you get temperature changes. You can select 7, 14, or 28 days seasons. Players are able to choose the duration of seasons through the game options menu. As time passes, the world gradually transitions into each season, weather growing cooler as mid fall phases into winter. Worlds like Oasis Springs are warm and mild in the winter, while scorching in the Summer. It may thunderstorm or rain in the spring, summer and fall, and snow in the winter or early spring. Seasons does not ship with a new world, but rather impacts all existing Sims 4 worlds, including places like Granite Falls and Salvadorada.
Seasons comes with the expected Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. Holiday lights are in the Expansion, with decorations for spring, summer, fall, and winter.
